Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings, unless the context so requires:

“Client” means any individual, group or corporation that approaches Schools Advice for education advice through the website or any other means.

“Schools Advice” means Schools Advice, based at 68 Carthew Road, London W6 0DX

“Services” means any written agreement between Schools Advice and the client to provide education consultancy and advice.

Services

Schools Advice provides a consultancy service providing advice for families looking for schooling and education options within the UK.

Schools Advice will provide a written quote for an education consultancy service. Schools Advice requires the client to provide written confirmation of acceptance of the services before commencing work.

Schools Advice shall provide the agreed service with diligence and accuracy in accordance with sound, proven commercial practice./p>

The client undertakes not to provide misleading information to Schools Advice.

The client takes responsibility for any final decision based on the consultancy work provided by Schools Advice.

The client understands that Schools Advice is not able to place a child in a school that does not have available places.

Schools Advice shall not be liable to the client in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature suffered or incurred by the client as a result of direct, indirect or consequential including, without limitation, any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Schools Advice and (as applicable) our officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions (including the documents incorporated by reference), or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

Both Schools Advice and the client agree to confidentiality in their correspondence with each other.

Both Schools Advice and the client undertake to comply to the provisions of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Fees

The fee for the service will be agreed in writing between Schools Advice and the client prior to the service commencing.

The client undertakes to pay the fee agreed between Schools Advice and the client prior to the service commencing.

Governing Law and Legal Compliance

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Please note, that your country may have laws which apply to your transactions with us regardless of what you agree with us (now) or with that user (later).
